Phishing Scam

I just experienced this and wanted to share it with other job seekers out there.  I receive the below email regarding a job opportunity to work from home:

"Dear Applicant,

Your resume has been reviewed due to the Job Ad you responded to on-line on (careers.concrete.org) and the Human Resources of the company has decided to give you a chance to proceed to the next employment process, you have been considered and scheduled for an on-line interview to discuss more about the position offered. You are required to set up a yahoo mail (www.yahoomail.com) and download yahoo messenger (http://messenger.yahoo.com). After this process, you are to add Mr/ Seth Drouin on Yahoo IM, Him yahoo ID is (recruiter_drouin@yahoo.com) to your yahoo buddy list ASAP for the job briefing and comprehensive details. He will be on-line waiting to talk to you ASAP. If you have any problem in setting up the Yahoo messenger icon you can email him on (recruiter_drouin@yahoo.com) I wish you the best of luck!

Job Code#: 175921"   However, as I instant messaged (IM) with the representative, I looked up "Phishing Scam" and saw that not only email but IM was another tool they used to lure you in and collect personal information from you with promise of employment etc.  I asked if we could do the interview over the phone, because their hiring process felt like a phishing scam; contact and training done only through email/chat or text.  He replied that phone lines were official and would be assigned once I started working full time...I thought the reply a weird answer.  I ended the IM discussion at that point, but then received a text message from him asking if I was interested in a job.  When I tried to call his number I received a message the call could not go through.  Again, I just wanted to share and make others aware.  The IM exchanged below, his replies came fast guessing he had them in a script pre-drafted to copy paste:
