Phantom Job Seeker Declares Optimal Resume Awesome

The Phantom has been watching Optimal Resume for a while now.  Their "freemium" model allows job seekers to register with no credit card information and use their entire product suite for free for 24 hours.  Phantom is especially impressed with their fantastic resume writer and practice interview tool.
