Last month MinnesotaTechJobs.com launched. It serves only IT & Tech, only Minnesota, and only regular companies (no staffing agencies or consulting firms can post).
There are new searchable fields like "Available Telecommute".
Also, a IT professional in Minnesota registers as a user and creates a job alert before Labor Day, he or she will be entered into a drawing for a $100 Best Buy Gift Card. Doing so will not make any information visible to employers, as that requires posting a resume.
Also there are articles, news, a calendar, and other features that IT people in Minnesota may be interested in seeing.
