i recieved a similar email. Is this a fraud as they have my CV and what harm can they do by such emails?

I am sorry you lost your money on this scam, usually went they want this much money upfront, it's just winds up being too much of a lost cause financially, mentally, and emotionally.
it is very suspecious since most companies doesnt give advance salary to new applicant.secondly this law firm is always pressuring to follow so that they get the money they want. im very thankfull that i read this message in net because im aware now that this is a scam.
I have also received almost the same reply with Appointment letter as well on sending my Resume for applying a job posted on a forum. Does everyone of you replied to any specific job ? and did you all get the appointment letter as well ?
Hi friends,i saw all these messages but i still give it a try,i even spend upto $770 in this whole process.but at last i have been employed am now working with them,and the have refund me all the money which i spent it was their companies policy but some people did not understand them.this is my third months working with them and is a nice company with less job.
Next time you just have to give it try before taking your law into your hands.

I AM VEY MUCH SURPRISED WITH MS.BILL. I HAVE SPEND NEARLY USD 2000, AND I GOT A FAKE ENTRY VISA AND ZOOM MOBILE NIGERIA EMPLOYEE CARD.
AFTER THAT THE EMAIL ID WAS BLOCKED, THE GREAT CHEIF TONY IS NOT PICKING THE PHONE.
I HAVE ALL THE MAILS AND DOCUMENTS SENT BY ZOOM MOBIL NIGERIA , BANK AND BARRISTER, WITH THESE I AM PLANNING TO FILE CASE AGAINST THESE PEOPLE.

I also received the same email, it's asking for a security deposit of $550.00. Would it be ok to call the company and verify if this is legit? or it's proven already that this is a scam?
