JobShouts.com getting good reviews

JobShouts is a site that's free for job seekers and employers to
post to.  It doesn't have a resume database for employers to search. 
It sends postings out via Twitter to subscribed job seekers.  Job
postings also show up to anyone searching the twitter stream for jobs
matching keywords in your job title.

  about trying JobShouts.com? It's free to post jobs and the jobs are
  "shouted" to Twitter. No applicant searching (yet, we are working on
  some cool things for that) but it's a resource you can use to at least

  Yes, we have. We now have over 1200 candidates registered to receive
  private notification of jobs posted that match their profile. That's
  not including the more than 4,000 followers that see our "shouts" on
  Twitter. We consider that a fantastic achievement considering our
  launch was only in January of this year.

  
  

  We also have validation that jobs have been filled using job postings on our site.
