Well, we did it! The first job seeker walk at Monster was a great success last week. We got some exercise, shared best practices, and hopefully helped make progress in getting better jobs faster.

Over the past year, I've met with many of you in groups and a few in person to try to help you get a Better Job Faster. As you may realize, there are many requests to meet that I'm simply unable to fulfill, given my heavy workload. I've been as frustrated as many of you and, as a result, we're going to start something new!
Starting next Wednesday, I'm inviting you to join me for a job seeker walk around Maynard at Monster Headquarters. During our walk, you'll get some exercise, fresh air, and we'll have a low key way to talk about your specific situation, challenges, needs, and triumphs. Of course, there'll also be the chance for you talk to each other and meet new people.
I'll invite other Monster leaders to join us, but can't make any promises - we're all really busy. However, let's do this.
