If there is a reason for someone to not visit your company or call in for more information, it is a bad review they've seen online. Simply apologize for the bad experience and find some way to remedy it. If it is a defective product, offer a new on in its place. If it is a bad experience, offer a credit to try it again and promise to discuss the problem within your company to find a solution. There are numerous solutions to any bad experience. You simply have to find one.
By addressing the problem online and directly to the review, potential customers will see that you take steps to solve problems within the business and have a commitment to customers. Every business is going to have problems or bad days, and most people understand that. They do not understand, however, a business that has problems and is unwilling to try and resolve them.
