After a little over one year, interrupted with an 8 month contract, I've accepted the position of Cost Accountant at GT's Sapphire materials business in Salem MA (acquired Crystal Systems 8/10)reporting to the local Controller. This business also has a $1 billion backlog in Sapphire furnace equipment built in Merrimack NH where they also manufacture solar PV equipment. GT is a public company with sales forecast to exceed $1 billion selling mostly to China. They have expanded in Salem and are renting new office space in Nashua, now their corporate HQ. Check them out.

I have not attended that many Acton meetings, but I always found them to be more than helpful.
