7 types of people next to a leader
1. The sycophant - always agree
Cannot expect these people to give a valuable feedback or critical comment, especially in the case of leader's decisions and actions are in conflict with the purposes and values of the organization.
These people never pointed out the problem and always silent; they will avoid any countervailing circumstances and will delay the work of leader.
2. The critics - opposition side
The aim of these people is to challenge and pose problems for leaders in all aspects, both business and personal. They can be classified into groups of discontent, perhaps because they are not recognized, not be rewarded, not to be promoted as they desire or deserve.
They often are the first to welcome new employees and talk about the "hidden corners" of the office.
3. The practical - effective support
These people will give constructive criticism and positive interaction with the leaders. If they agree with the decision, they will support 100%.
But if they do not agree, they will challenge leader, give the alternatives choices to help leader and organization achieve their goals.
4. Loyalty - always supported
Their commitment to the company and worked hard to support the leaders. They are hard-working and very reliable.
They are satisfied with the working conditions, work efficiency, passion and stick with the group. They will attempt to succeed by offering positive suggestions.
5. Traitor - not easy to detect
This is the opposition in silence and filled with intrigue. They are very talented actor so difficult to detect (until too late) because they attempt to gain complete trust of leaders. They have strong negative feelings and do secret things to interfere leadership.
6. Audience - Observers
They are not in anybody sides and just stand outside to observe. They only work for wages and do not want to participate in or attached to anything. They are not deep attachment to the organization or work and keep a neutral position with the leaders.
7. The opportunist
They are easily bribed. They want to be close to those having power and their loyalty is only for people who are at the top. It is not difficult to recognize these people. They will be very positive for everyone, everything in transfer of power time.
