Finance Executive (4-5 Years) for a Supply Chain Logistics and Management Company

We are hiring a ‘ Finance Executive ' for one of our esteemed clients and this job is for Bangalore Location.

Responsibilities:

-Preparation of financial accounts including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss and Cash Flow Statement on a periodic basis under Indian GAAP with overseas reporting.
-Posting of vendor invoices and managing the Accounts Payables including payments and reconciliations.
-General Ledger accounting including monitoring and posting of expenses as well as month-end provisioning.
-Sales invoice posting and managing the Accounts -Receivables including follow-up with Sales/ Marketing Team of TKA India for collections and reconciliations.
-Preparation of Bank Reconciliation statements.
-Opening & executing BGs, LCs, forward covers.
-Day-to-day monitoring of fund balance and assisting FC in talking to banks including awareness of banking documentations.
-Inventory Control involving close interaction with the Operations Team of TKA India
-Fixed Assets accounting including depreciation
-Assist FC during budget preparations
-Assist FC during internal audits
-Exposure in handling statutory and tax audits under direct and indirect tax laws.
-Filing returns under the Direct and Indirect Tax Laws.
-Make statutory payments relating to VAT, CST, Service Tax, TDS and WCT within due date
-Handle employee-related statutory payment obligations like PF, ESI, Bonus, P Tax, etc.
-Preparation and execution of Forms relating to Imports,Exports and those relating to SEZ.
-Other SEZ compliances.

Desired Skills and Experience:

-M.Com and ICWA (F) passed candidates
-Minimum 4 to 5 years of post-qualification experience preferably in a manufacturing.
-Good working knowledge on Tally ERP-9
-Well conversant with Windows, MS-Office
-Understanding of IFRS reporting package is an added advantage.
-Past experience in working under a SEZ, EOU is desirable
3 years experience in accountancy
