Associates Position, Singapore- The Richard Chandler Corporation

The Richard Chandler Corporation (RCC) is a multi-billion dollar business group based in Singapore. We invest in public and private companies across emerging markets and we also develop social entrepreneurship businesses in education and health care. We are currently providing educational services, including curricula and teacher training, to more than 100 pre-schools and secondary schools in twenty-six cities and towns across India, and we are growing rapidly. We also own a vocational college in Bangladesh. In the area of health care, we own medical clinics and pharmacies in Egypt, Kenya, Pakistan, India, Vietnam, the Philippines and Indonesia.

Our goal is to use education and health care to enhance social mobility for the “emerging middle class” – the billions of people in the developing world who have exited poverty but still lack economic opportunities.

RCC is looking for Associates to work on the expansion of our education program. Responsibilities will include identifying and assessing potential partner schools throughout Asia and also in Africa, as well as managing our existing partnerships. The work is very hands-on and employees are encouraged to be creative and take initiative. Our corporate culture values flexibility, a sense of adventure, and a commitment to achieving results. Good communication skills are essential. 

All positions are in our Singapore headquarters. 

Although we are looking primarily for permanent employees, applicants for summer internships will also be considered.
