Key Responsibilities:
- Providing business analysis support for Electronic Lab Notebook rollout in Biology.
- Specific duties will include partnering with members of the Research organization and current ELN team members to help analyze scientific needs and support the application (e.g. training coordination, end user support, and application testing).
- Identify & articulate use cases and stories; developing mockups and collecting/interpreting data integration requirements.
- Conduct user requirement workshops and managing diverse/global user groups.
- Work on large-scale global deployments of technical solutions that directly affect a scientists day-to-day job.
Basic Qualifications:
- B.S. degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences, or Engineering.
- Background and experience in drug discovery and development.
- 5+ years of experience in software development, business analysis of scientific applications in Bio-Pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience creating: Domain models, Stakeholder maps, goal maps, Traceability matrix of stakeholder requirements, process models (AS-IS and TO-BE), activity diagrams
- Experience in relational database fundamentals & software development life cycle.
- High learning agility, innovation, and problem solving skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with scientific clients.
