Wilmington-based Lilliputian Systems Raises $40M and is Hiring!
Wilmington, Mass. -- Lilliputian Systems, a Wilmington-based developer of portable power products for consumer electronics, announced that it has raised $40 million in a round of venture capital, which was led by RUSNANO, a Russian-based investment fund. Lilliputian Systems’ technology offers a small form-factor battery replacement for consumer electronics. The company says its technology enables a five- to ten-times longer run-time versus similarly sized batteries. Other investors in Lilliputian include Intel, Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, Altira Group, Stata Venture Partners, Atlas Venture, and Fairhaven Capital.
