HealthcareSource is seeking a Senior Product Manager, a leader to own the product line strategy and product management execution for our Assessment Solutions: HealthcareSource Staff Assessment, HealthcareSource Leadership Assessment and HealthcareSource Reference Assessment.

This Senior Product Manager will have responsibility for the health and success of the product line. For this set of fast growing products, they will influence decisions and provide direction and leadership on products, partners, marketing, sales and services.  Success will be defined as managing the product line to support corporate sales and client satisfaction goals. This will require determining and delivering the highest-value features and science-based assessment tools, balancing the needs of the sales organization and the client base, and extending the depth of our behavioral assessment offerings for Healthcare-specific job families.


 


The primary function of this role will be to manage the product and solution roadmap, from strategy to requirements. In addition to ownership of the software products, this individual will also own the vision and roadmap for the predictive science behind our Assessment Solutions, which are used to assess organizational fit and identify development opportunities for applicants and employees. These responsibilities will be combined with the more traditional Product Management function of defining business requirements and functional specifications for these web applications. This individual will be a vital part of the HealthcareSource Product Management team, the Product Owner on an Agile/Scrum development team, and will be the primary liaison with the behavioral scientists and application engineers responsible for these products.


 


The ideal candidate will have behavioral assessment solution experience, with a sound understanding of the behavioral science and validation process required to develop such offerings. Past experience in the Healthcare vertical will be considered a plus, and in addition, well-qualified candidates will have had three or more years of experience in an Agile/Scrum environment with B2B SaaS applications.



Responsibilities:


• Own the vision and roadmap
• Lead and influence resources across the entire organization to achieve the product line goals 
• Drive the on-going development and integration of our best-in-class Assessment Solutions


• Monitor sales and client satisfaction success and lead cross-functional efforts to meet goals
• Own product problems, issues, or strategy changes, and drive them to resolution
• Balance the pursuit of sound scientific research with the real-world application of that research, while working to continually improve and refine our Assessment Solutions
• Work with Engineering to refine requirements and identify technical implications and implementation options
• Solve challenging end-user needs by formulating innovative, yet elegant product solutions
• Design product features and screens, and work with end users to evaluate alternatives and verify ease-of-use 
• Create user models, work-flow diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, interaction models, visual mock-ups, and functional design specifications as needed
• Possess and apply knowledge of emerging software application trends and technologies 
• Assist QA in developing business-driven test cases 
• Provide guidance and clarity on product requirements to the application engineers during the development and QA process 
• Help create release notes and product documentation for releases

• Experience with Axure or other prototyping software a plus 
• 10+ years of Product/Business Management experience in a technology company required 
• BA, BS or equivalent experience required. MBA preferred.
• Experience with the Human Resources and Talent Management market (strongly desired) 
• Experience with Agile/Scrum (strongly desired) 
• Experience with the user interface design processes and tools
