Client Agreement Coordinator
Assists the Sr. Director, Operations, sales, and client services in the preparation of all client and vendor contracts. This position is responsible for managing the contract database and all associated files. Duties include assisting with contract writing and development, administration, renewals, upsells, and monitoring key milestones including end dates. Writing and developing all new sales contracts. Ensure contract content complies with approved language. Ensure contracts properly address the desired and negotiated services agreed to. Manages the execution and contract storage process in our database. Works with client services to identify upcoming renewals that need to be re-negotiated. Sets milestones and tracks execution of contract deliverables to ensure obligations are fulfilled. Oversees IO process to ensure proper media spend authorization is in place. Assist in the onboarding of new vendors including cataloguing services provided, ensuring NDAs are in place, and relationship terms are defined. Require: Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail, and the aptitude to learn and use CRM applications. Good working knowledge of Windows OS, Office applications. Ability to work cross departmentally and to work with others. Experience/knowledge of contracting is a plus. Bachelor's degree required.
