Marlborough, Mass. – Copiun, a Marlborough-based provider of mobile collaboration software for data governance, has raised $1.4 million in venture capital, the company disclosed in new regulatory filing. Founded in 2008, Copiun offers software designed to allow mobile workers to access, share and sync corporate documents on their mobile devices, with no compromises to corporate data. Investors in the company include Novak Biddle Venture Partners, RRE Ventures and local angel investors.
