Technical Consultant doing deployment of security solutions needed in MA

As I mentioned, I have a need for a Technical Consultant doing 
deployment of security solutions. Here is a bit of what they are 
looking for:

Responsibilities:
understand their network and system vulnerabilities.
Design appropriate mitigation architecture to protect customers critical 
assets.
Troubleshoot, configure, tune firewalls to ensure an effective product 
launch for customer

Requirements:
BS degree in Computer, Information Systems or Engineering related field 
preferred.
High level of inter-personal skills and customer service is required
Strong knowledge of VPN, IDS, IPS, Firewalls and scripting in an XML 
enviornment
SCADA experience is strongly preferred
