We are currently recruiting for Technical Support Engineers to
join our global Technical Support Premium Services Organization.
We are recruiting for these individuals for both our Needham,
Massachusetts and Blaine, Minnesota offices.

(Senior) Technical Support Engineers in our Premium Services
group are responsible for interacting with a subset of
PTC’s largest most strategic customers that require the
highest level of service PTC offers. They become experts in one
or more line of products while staying focused on providing a
high touch customer experience.
