Part-time Office Assistant needed in Merrimack, NH
Our client, a non-profit, located in Merrimack, NH is seeking a part-time Office Assistant for 20 hours per week, with the potential for full time, reporting to the Executive Director.
Must be outgoing, approachable, and genuinely helpful with strong organizational, marketing, administrative and promotional skills, and be very detail-oriented.
Must have five plus years’ experience in an office setting. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong working knowledge of MS Office, including MS Publisher. Ability to multitask and remain organized. Professional appearance and demeanor. Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
Highly desired skills include: Experience with Facebook, QuickBooks, Constant Contact, Joomla, on-line calendar management as well as experience with event coordination and promotion, marketing, and press releases. Must have the desire and the ability to learn new programs as needed.
Other responsibilities include general office work such as answering phones, filing, correspondence, copying/scanning documents, data entry (including mailing lists, databases and some financials), etc.
Starting pay $12.00/hour. Great opportunity for someone looking for a somewhat flexible schedule.
