As Director II of Technology (On-Line Banking), you will lead our Corporate On-Line Banking Development Team.  This position is based out of Pittsburgh PA.   You will manage and assist with support of all core banking operations on the CIF 20/20 system and the Q2 Online Banking System as well as any ancillary products used in conjunction with these systems.   You will  be responsible for implementing new products and technologies as necessary, and ensure all core and online banking operations are in compliance with bank policies and procedures.   You will also be responsible for training and keeping department procedures and documentation up to date.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

Oversight, management and support of core banking system
Oversight, management and support of online banking system (may include working directly with customers for issues with ACH files, Quicken or Quickbooks)
Implement new products and technology as necessary
Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures
Update IT policies and procedures with changes to environment, procedures, etc,
Administer user ID’s in core banking and ancillary systems 
Manage courier service between locations 
  
We are seeking someone with the following skills and qualifications; 
  
Bachelor’s degree preferred – 8 years of relevant experience may be substituted for degree
Minimum of eight (8) years experience in managing and administering IBM iSeries (AS 400) in a banking environment's
Experience with managing and administering an online banking system 
Experience with Java Web based on-line banking technologies
Project management experience 
Experience with ACH file formatting and processing a plus
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to learn new technologies, software and additional task quickly
Ability to work in a team environment very important
Flexible schedule 
Possess ability to work in fast-paced environment.
