SVP Sales, Americas - IT Consulting/Services Ny, NY; Midwest

We are searching for a SVP of Sales (Americas). Our client is a successful, high growth Managed Hosting / IaaS / PaaS / Cloud and Outsourcing services provider. A current understanding of managed hosting / infrastructure management. A current understanding of enterprise scale applications and/or software and/or information services. Team building, team management, team transformation skills. Quantitatively, we seek an executive with experience growing and managing teams from 250 heads to 500+ and revenue responsibility from $750MM – $2B. We are seeking a leader with a track record of driving world class results while also fostering an environment of respect, clear expectations, inspiration, excitement, self-improvement and productivity. We seek a candidate with experience integrating the sales and sales support functions of newly acquired organizations.

Presentation, written and verbal communication skills are vitally important. This executive will need to be effective with a wide variety of audiences: sales force, peer and supervising executives, direct reports, customers, and the press. Able to credibly articulate complex hosting/Cloud/outsourcing strategy, solutions and value propositions to sophisticated, Fortune 500, C-Level buyers. Marketing background desirable. This role may be headquartered in the Midwest or the NYC Metro area. Compensation ranges from 425k – 750k OTE + substantial stock + additional bonuses for superior performance.
