Hands-on Electrical Engineer Needed in Amherst NH area
Our client, a small private manufacturer, located in the Amherst NH area is seeking a hands-on Electrical Engineer to design and bring to manufacture switching power supplies up to 300 watts, all voltage topologies. Must include inrush control, power factor correction, microprocessor control, and be hot swappable. Must meet appropriate compliance regulations including necessary filtration and power factor correction where needed.
This position is responsible for design, test, support and interfacing with production.
Must have strong communications and multi-tasking skills, practical knowledge and experience in the field of switching power supply design; solid understanding of microprocessor based design and familiarity with software design tools.
BSEE with a minimum of three years’ experience is required. MSEE is a plus.
Salary commensurate with experience and excellent benefits. No relocation or sponsorship.
