Call Center Customer Service Supervisor Needed in Taunton, MA

Our client, located near Taunton, MA is seeking a Call Center Customer Service Supervisor.

Must be bi-lingual (Spanish and English) with a minimum of two years’ call center experience supervising a team of customer service representatives. 

Bachelor’s degree and predictive dialing equipment experience is strongly preferred.
