I'm just starting on social media so I've attended some presentations. Sadly, most offer generic information, or all the reasons why we should be using social media but no practical tips!

So I have to share a great find. I went to Saundra Lee's workshop and I received a number of hidden tips. They aren't listed when you read up.

In talking to others, it's a fantastic workshop whether you're new to LinkedIn or advanced.
