Senior Software Engineer - Android
We need an experienced Android developer to work on EASE, the leading Enterprise Mobile App Management platform. Our customers use EASE to distribute and manage their private mobile apps to their employees. You will have a leading role in the development of our cutting-edge mobile products. This includes development of mobile apps and mobile SDKs.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop mobile software for Android on phones and tablets.
- Design and document products and features.
- Work as a contributing member of a small, focused development team.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 6+ years software development
- 3+ years Java
- 2+ years developing mobile apps for Android
- Or, 3+ years developing mobile apps for Blackberry and other mobile platforms
- Strong understanding of the Android OS
- Familiarity with JSON, REST, web services
- Experience in mobile app packaging and installation
- Proven ability to work cooperatively with other team members
- BS in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience working in enterprise software development

Business Analyst
We're looking for a Business Analyst who can understanding business needs, design, configuration, and support of the Client solution. In a professional services engagement, the Business Analyst is a key resource during the initial phases of the project and works with the Solution Architect to translate business requirements into solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
We'd expect you to pro-actively facilitate and manage requirements gathering and analysis with senior management of customers, prospects, and business partners. Increase and sustain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Specific project-related tasks include working with Design and Architecture leads to facilitate workflow, requirements gathering, ATP creation, and deployment plans.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work with Design and Solution Architects in gathering and analyzing business requirements to make recommendations on the solution.
- Identify, analyze and validate requirements for approved projects.
- Translate business requirements into functional design specifications. In some instances the Business Analyst may also support the creation of technical designs.
- Work with other project or support teams to create integrated solution designs.
- Ensure design specifications meet policies and standards.
- Teach other project and/or support team resources about specific application functionality through training, documentation or other methods of knowledge transfer.
- Support deployment teams during implementation of solutions.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the specific applications.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Preparing accurate and detailed requirement and design specifications documents, user interface guides, and functional specification documents.
- Ensure that changes to designs are reflected in project and support documentation.
- Work with QA to design and write ATPs, test scripts, and use case scenarios.
- Follow quality management policies, procedures and testing related guidelines when executing or creating the solution test scripts.
- Complete solution testing documentation.
Required Skills and Experience:
- BA Degree in in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- 5-8 years Consulting experience preferably in Mobile/Software Development
- 5 years of increasing responsibility in a lead role
- Experience developing, deploying and working with B2B, B2C, B2E Fortune 500 companies.
- Experience in gathering business requirements.
- Ability to translate business process requirements into process, data and technology solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to excel in ambiguous situations
- Active inquiry skills
- Strong written communication skills
- Strong proficiency with Excel, Visio/Omnigraffle
- Ability to travel up to 50% as required for specific projects

Senior Software Engineer - iPhone & iPad
We're looking for a leader that can design and create great iPhone and iPad applications. You will play a major role in the development of high visibility projects for our professional services team.
Specific project-related tasks include working with team members to ensure daily tasks are met, facilitate workflow, manage client dependencies, lead status meetings, and preparing weekly status reports.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop iPhone software that will significantly improve the user experience of iPhone and iPad usage in the consumer and enterprise spaces
- Prototype, design, development, build, unit-test and document your code.
- Work closely with services management to define and shape the product
Required Skills and Experience:
- 6+ years of software development experience
- 2+ years of Objective C
- 2+ years experience developing iPhone/iPad applications and knowledge of the iPhone SDK/platform.
- Strong understanding of the iPhone OS
- Familiarity with Apple Push Notifications
- Familiarity with JSON, REST, SOAP, etc web services
- Experience with mobile configuration, device certificates, ActiveSync, push notifications highly desirable.
- Experience developing on multiple mobile platforms like Android and RIM.
- Proven ability to innovate and work jointly with other team members

The Project Manager is responsible for managing Professional Services Engagements for business-to-business, business-to-consumer, and business-to-employee clients.
Specific project-related tasks include working with team resources to ensure daily tasks are met, facilitating workflow, managing client dependencies, lead status meetings, and preparing weekly status reports.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Pro-actively manage professional services relationships with senior management of customers, prospects, and business partners.
