Project Manager: Continuous Improvement in Attleboro/Franklin MA area

·         Mandate is to improve operations and back office processes

·         Develop / lead / participate in the planning and execution of Continuous Improvement events

·         Partner with engineering to drive NPI improvements thru DFA / DFM

·         Manage and control individual project teams and deployment plans at both site and functional levels.

·         Develop skill levels of personnel to sustain continuous improvement programs

·         Measure progress against plans and report on performance

Minimum Qualifications:

·         Bachelor's Degree; technical degree preferred

·         3+ years as an engineer in a manufacturing environment

·         Expertise:  implementing lean systems in a multi-unit medium to large operation

·         Applicable lean experience and expertise in part count reduction, integrated quality, design for assembly

·         In
depth, hands-on experience using lean tools and concepts to
systematically transform value streams in order to promote process
stability and flexibility, eliminate non-value-added waste

·         Experience replacing batch push processing with flow and pull

·         Expertise in developing, implementing, training and delivering lean programs with quantifiable results

Location:  Attleboro/Franklin, MA  relocation not available

Compensation:  $85-low 100’s base with bonus potential, base salary reflection the selected candidate’s LEAN expertise and implementations.

Travel both domestically and internationally (25% max)
