Digital Media Fulfillment Specialist - Nashua, NH‏

Our client,
located in Nashua NH is seeking a Digital Media Fulfillment Specialist
to work as part of the Content Distribution team, to customize the
re-formatting of large format video for digital dome theaters
worldwide. 

Responsible
for the distribution fulfillment process from start to finish,
including audio visual re-formatting, tracking orders, and providing
input to develop and improve the distribution procedures. Act as quality
control for content delivery and ensure that distribution activity is
in line with contractual obligations and company policy.

Also
responsible for providing the necessary status reports on distribution
activities, and maintaining the content library (data/asset
management). 

Must
be extremely meticulous, detail oriented, focused, quality conscious
with a strong understanding of the importance of deadlines.

Interest
and experience with digital media is essential. Must have strong
administrative, verbal/written communication, MS Office, multi-tasking
and time management skills.  Must also be able to work well
independently as well as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment
with constantly changing priorities. Some IT skills are required.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
