KEMA Inc’s Marketing team is seeking a Proposal Writer. The Proposal Writer drives the preparation of high quality proposals, statements of qualifications, marketing communications, and other business development publications across KEMA’s market issue groups. Working with KEMA experts, the Proposal Writer manages the proposal process from facilitating go/no-go decisions to identifying key staff to writing content to meeting deadlines.

The individual must be highly organized, demonstrate initiative, and be able to extract key technical information from busy professionals. Ability to anticipate problems, develop solutions, and work with strong personalities is paramount. The Proposal Writer is a strategic thinker and excellent writer that can craft compelling sales materials under tight time pressure. The Proposal Writer also provides editorial support on reports, white papers, marketing communications, and other documents as needed. The desire to provide excellent customer service is mandatory.
