Qualifications
We are seeking experienced Photolithography / Stepper Engineers to join FAB
Team.
This is approximately a 2 year assignment.
In this position, you will design, develop, analyze, troubleshoot and provide
technical skills during repair and/or upgrading of Semiconductor manufacturing
equipment. You will provide system expertise on Ultratech Steppers, other
associated photolithography equipment and work with other teams regarding tool
performance and repair issues.
Areas of responsibility will include, but are not limited to:
Particle reduction efforts.
Achieve greater system availability through increased uptime.
Implement optimized preventive maintenance procedures.
Increase throughput by improving overall system performance.
Improve target acquisition and MVS alignment issues
The successful candidate must be capable of diagnosing and repairing high level
issues for all parts of the associated systems. Expertise in vacuum
troubleshooting, system electronics, system mechanics, system software and
process capabilities are required. Must be able to use your abilities to
diagnose chronic problems, work with other technicians and engineers to arrive
at effective and reliable solutions and implement solutions with minimal effects
on throughput. As an active and enthusiastic member of Continuous Improvement
Teams, will address long term goals and concerns.
In addition, you will possess a Bachelor's degree with disciplines in Mechanical
Engineering and/or Electrical Engineering or related experience plus a minimum
of 8 years experience in semiconductor field working with production equipment.
Computer Aided Design is beneficial.
Experience in Ultratech 1500 required
