Description:
The
Jobscience customer base is rapidly expanding. Reporting to
Jobscience’s Chief Operating Officer, the Head of Professional Services
is responsible for the overall management of the company’s consulting
P&L, as well as defining and designing the key policies, processes
and systems that run and manage the business. Our ideal candidate will
have breadth and depth of experience with professional services
delivery, P&L management and strong process design expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Manage
and direct a small and growing team to deliver excellent customer
implementations and deployments that lead to customer success and
renewal
- Overall
management of our global consulting P&L, working with our
leadership to ensure we meet our billings, revenue, margin and
utilization targets
- Develop,
enhance and maintain visibility for overall Professional Services
business (reporting package, dashboards, forecast process, etc.)
- Manage executive level client relationships and provide team oversight while your practice members are delivering projects
- Day to day operations and all staffing of internal consulting engagements
- Collaborate with salesforce.com-certified service partners for engagements
- Management of our global subcontracting program, including day to day staffing
- Lead change management process for system deployments, including communication, training and other launch activities
- Develop and execute Professional Services departmental communications
Experience/Skills Required:
- 5-10 years consulting and operations experience, with proven track record of successfully managing a P&L
- Strong background in business process analysis, requirements, and design
- Seasoned management experience of a team
- Strong individual initiative and tactical execution abilities
- Experience managing multiple salesforce.com implementations
- Excellent
spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills,
with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to
technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent team player able to work with virtual and multi-site cross-functional teams
- Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
- Proven success building strong relationships with all levels of an organization
- Experience mentoring less senior staff
- Bachelor’s degree
Experience/Skills Desired:
- Salesforce.com CON201, ADM401, and/or DEV401 certification
- Recruiting and Talent Management application implementation experience
