Continuous Improvement Engineer needed in Keene, NH

Our client, a successful company committed to manufacturing excellence
initiatives, located in the Keene NH area, is seeking a Continuous
Improvement Engineer to lead its Lean Manufacturing programs, including
analysis, designing work flow layouts, monitoring, reporting on all Lean
activities and training personnel in all Lean disciplines.

This is a hands-on role with responsibility for plant wide improvements,
conducting lean manufacturing workshops and training in all areas such as
work flow analysis, value stream mapping, standard work, Kaizen improvements
and Six Sigma with an emphasis on setup reduction. 

Must have demonstrated leadership, communication, design, computer (MS
Office, Visio, Lean Tools, AutoCAD or Solid Works) skills as well as a
working knowledge of machine shop operations. 

BSME or BSIE with five years active participation in Lean processes is
required. SME/AME Lean Certification is a plus.
