Founded in 2007, uTest offers a marketplace for software testing services, through a community of about 25,000 professional testers from more than 160 countries around the world. Hundreds of small and large companies have signed up with the uTest marketplace to get their web, mobile, gaming and desktop applications tested.

Job Description:
The Sales Director is a primary contributor to uTest’s overall growth
and profitability. The Sales Director is responsible for driving revenue
growth by building and managing new client relationships, long-term
client relationships, and developing strategic business relationships.
The role requires a strong focus on new business development, in
addition to, up-selling and cross-selling to existing clients and
securing contract renewals. This will be achieved through sound account
planning, prospecting to identify high quality clients, qualifying and
developing assigned accounts, understanding the client business
environment, educating clients on uTest product offerings, and
identifying ways the company can assist clients in solving its software
development testing challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develops and executes sales plans and coordinates sales efforts to
achieve revenue targets. - Meets or exceeds defined sales quota through strategic account
planning, networking and use of company resources. - Actively participates in regional marketing events for lead
generation (industry trade shows, professional associations, etc…) - Account Management – Builds client relationships: maximizes uTest’s
revenue and profitability potential by up-selling to existing clients,
driving renewal revenue and ensuring client satisfaction; - Manages and grows portfolio of existing uTest clients by up-selling
new revenue and raising awareness of the company’s broader solutions. - Involvement in kickoff meetings, major milestone meetings, and
opportunistic participation where senior client decision makers are
present. - Sales Leadership – Strategic sales approach, creates value for
clients and adds to the company’s capabilities and reputation; - Maintains thorough understanding of uTest’s product offerings and
tailoring its presentation to meet the needs of different types of
organizations. - Assists clients in developing the business case and value
proposition for proposed solutions when necessary - Collaborates with Client Services Team and Executive Leadership Team
in executing the company’s sales process including proposal
development. - Tracks and maintains all prospect and client activity in
Salesforce.com. - People Development – Contributes to the growth, development and
positive experience of sales team.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent business experience.
- 8-12 years of software related sales experience. Preferred knowledge
in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) products and services. - Proven track record of generating revenue and building a pipeline of
prospects across the spectrum enterprise-class and start-up software
companies - Demonstrated success in selling into large & SMB companies.
- Portfolio of relationships with customer decision makers within
software development marketplace - Strong foundation for strategic and tactical selling of a solution
sale. - Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

someone with a strong background in enterprise-level client/server
development with Java and RDBMS who will report directly to the VP of

Job Description:
uTest is seeking an Inside Sales Representative (ISR). We're looking for
someone who will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and
closing sales opportunities. The successful ISR is a self-starter, has
excellent telephone/communication skills, well organized, able to
multi-task, and experienced in contacting and conversing with senior
business executives.
This position is ideal for an experienced, talented sales rep who is
comfortable interacting with clients in the software business on a daily
basis. As the ISR, you will often act as the first contact for many
uTest prospects with the objective of selling products/services in high
volume, sales cycle transactions.
Successful ISR’s will possess a demonstrated ability to develop
strong business relationships and sell products in a fast paced
environment. Must be highly competitive with the ability to collaborate
in a team environment, possess strong interpersonal and communicative
skills. We require a four year degree with a minimum of 2-5 years of
success in sales, primarily “inside” sales.
