Lincoln, Mass. – Exoprise, a privately held, Lincoln-based provider of technology that supports software-as-a-service applications and other cloud based technologies, has raised $1 million, according to a new filing by the Securities and Exchange Commission. Exoprise helps companies to assess and transition from their existing on-premise applications and infrastructure to cloud-based infrastructure and systems. The company was founded last October.
