“Hands on” Solution Architect needed in Concord NH

Our client, located in Concord, NH is seeking an experienced “hands on” Solution Architect with five plus years of experience with J2EE, JPA, Hibernate, Websphere and other similar framework components used to support the business and data access layers.  

Must have a strong track record of developing framework solutions for large scale deployments.  Responsibilities include framework design, construction, performance tuning and team member mentoring. You will be required to provide the overall vision and design of the framework architecture and lead the coding of framework components and conversion utilities.   

Experience with large scale conversions of legacy applications (COBOL) highly preferred.

Experience in the Health and Human Services/ Title IV-A Eligibility business, and experience with COBOL (replacement of the legacy solution) are highly desired.

This is a 12-month, full time, W22 opportunity with the potential to be extended or converted to a regular full-time employee.
