New Haven, Conn. – Ikonisys, a New Haven-based developer of medical diagnostic technology, has raised $3.8 million in venture capital, according to a new filing by the company with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Founded in 1999, Ikonisys is developing non-invasive disease detection products. The company says its technology can detect a single cell and identify its molecular signals, using a fusion of cell and molecular biology, microscopy imaging, artificial intelligence and informatics.
