Boxborough-based Beaumaris Networks Raises $9M and they are HIRING!

Boxborough, Mass. -- Beaumaris Networks, a developer of technology for video service providers, has raised $9 million in venture capital, according to a recent filing by the company with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Founded last year, Beaumaris is not disclosing much about its technology or business plan. The company’s website contains minimal information, although it does indicate having a satellite office in China. Bruce Sachs, a partner at Charles River Ventures, and Louis Toth, a managing director at Comcast Interactive Capital, are listed as members of Beaumaris’ board of directors.
