My direct client has an immediate need for a Business Analyst for a Web Portal Project.
Location: Boston, MA
Duration: 13-15 weeks
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: Open
Responsibilities:
· Review and analyze usage of existing portal, make prioritization recommendations to internal team based on analysis
· Validate and refine Iteration 2 requirements with the KM Attorney and team members as appropriate
· Fully document Iteration 2 use cases (including screen mock ups), general requirements and usability requirements in detail.
· Participate in JAD sessions with Web portal developers to assist in translating business requirements into technical views.
· Refine and document `personas (actors)` for Web portal audience and security implementation
· Work with the research team to identify and develop an inventory of available `external` content web parts and widgets
· Analyze the inventory against the business requirements and suggest a plan of action for Iteration 2
· Gather and analyze feedback from the Iteration 2 Beta group.
· Assist in User Acceptance Testing of the Web portal
Experience & Skills Needed:
· Business analysis & requirements gathering
· Law firm experience
· Experience implementing portals
· Attorney background a plus
