It was a pleasure speaking with you. As discussed, below is a copy of the job description. Please take a look at everything and let me know if this is something you would be interested in.
- Manage all aspects of the implementation, including resources, deliverables and milestones. Will manage Technisource and Verizon resources, as well as third party companies and their resources who may be performing survey or cabling, etc.
- *** Interface directly with the five key government agencies as project liaison to client, providing status reports and managing scope and expectations for project. These positions are extremely important.
- Must have significant experience managing infrastructure migration and implementation project.
- Must have excellent communication, follow up and organizational skills
- Project management certifications, such as PMP, are a plus
- Must be able to be on site for various periods of the project to interface with end client
- Familiarity with Centrex
· Experience with telephony in general
· Experience with/knowledge of circuits and circuit provisioning
· Experience working with ILECs (Incumbent Local Exchange Carriers) and CLECs (Competitive Local Exchange Carriers) – folks who have worked on the circuit side of either AT&T or Verizon, or for that matter, Quest, WorldCom, MCI, Sprint, etc. would be preferred
· Solid project management skills – organized, detailed, team player, etc.
· Very solid customer facing skills – they’ll have to be in front of the agencies regularly
