Senior Recruiting "Leader", Manager in NE region: $100k+

One of KGTiger premier clients* in the N.E. USA is looking for a
recruiting talent with a total of 8 - 12 years of broad-based corporate
recruiting expertise that must include current responsibility(2
to 5 yrs) for recruiting leadership/management. 

Probably
current titles might include  Senior Recruiting "Leader", Manager, 
Sr. Manager,  etc.  You may come from a functional management or an
organization-management role.

• The person must
  have:
  
  
  
  • demonstrated agility and creativity in the role,
  
  
  • be
    unflappable and mature in the face of conflict,
  
  
  • have excellent
    client-relationship skills,
  
  
  • demonstrate solid business acumen,
    
  
  
  • have a track record of driving results, and
  
  
  • be viewed
    by his/her organization as the credible go-to person for talent advice
    and counsel
  
  
  
  

Position will be based in the NE USA, will
require some travel ... for the right person initial target
compensation will be in the low 100's. Relocation may be available.

This
positions may be just the ticket for someone who has felt the recent
stings of the economy.
