Role:  Business Systems Analysts            Senior Temp to Perm	REQ:        1131097
Location:                         Cranston, RI	Start Date:       asap End  Date:      3+ months Perm Salary Range : $46K- $60K
Deliverables: criteria/results by which success can be measured:  The BSA role will add value by participating in a corporate project to implement a new commercial loan originations and servicing system in a role within business Services Analysis Support Group. Perform analysis and testing; incorporating business sline requirements and ensuring that testing follows the testing governance process. Perform complex analysis and implement solutions to problems for issues related to the project. Utilize reporting tools to analyze data, create extract files and management reports as needed.   Deliverables: The BSA will be responsible for achieving all assigned technical, schedule and financial targets as they relate to the project. The BSA will work closely with the PMs and the line of business they are supporting and work with testing resources that will assist in creating test plans, test scripts, traceability matrixes, tracking defects in Quality Center, etc. The BSa will be responsible for building and maintaining effective customer relationships with their business lines, tech support and operational groups during the duration of the project.

  

Technical Knowledge: MS Office; MS Project; Business Systems Analyst; Test Plans   Ability to develop solutions to complex systems problems Ability to help develop a project specific test plan, test scripts, traceability matrix and document test results appropriately. Knowledge of commercial loan systems is required Ability to act as a liaison between the business line and technical teams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives. Ability to manage change throughout the project lifecycle.
