Position Responsibilities - Summary

The Web Designer team codes iterative deliverables with a Senior Software
Engineer in an agile software development environment. The Web Designer
will have significant maintenance responsibilities and is also expected to
contribute heavily to new initiatives assigned to the team. Web Developers
will demonstrate familiarity and skills sufficient to work independently as
Software Engineers within one or two review cycles.

This is a more junior role – Someone with 2-3 years of experience who is
willing to take on any task and excel at it and grow in a challenging
environment. Looking for true star power.

Required Skills and Competencies:

· The Web Designer will have at least two years of professional
experience coding cross browser, web 2.0, client side behaviors from within
Microsoft Visual Studio web projects. Successful candidates will speak to
experience with the following concepts: HTML/CSS rendering of Photoshop
comps into .Net pages and user controls, Photoshop comp design, Event driven
client side programming with common JavaScript libraries, Coding cross
browser behaviors into CSS includes, C# programming in code behind,
implementation of the AJAX control toolkit.

· Experience programming with several of the following will draw
