Thumbs Up: DOL Reports New Unemployment Claims Down Last Week

Good news, as less competition is flowing into the system.  Bad news, there's still way too many in the system.  Get out there and engage with people - hiring is taking place!

In the week
ending June 5, the advance figure for seasonally adjusted initial claims was
456,000, a decrease of 3,000 from the previous week's revised figure of
459,000. The 4-week moving average was 463,000, an increase of 2,500 from the
previous week's revised average of 460,500.
