                        Eggrock is seeking a seasoned Human Resource Manager to plan and execute the human resource management activities in the company.

                        As a fast-paced, venture backed company, Eggrock seeks a high-energy and hands-on Human Resource professional that can grow with the company.  This position reports to the CFO.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.      Recruit selected open positions directly and manage outside recruiting resources as required.

2.      Manage the employee performance review system to ensure fair compensation and timely feedback to employees.

3.      Develop and manage employee related policies and procedures.

4.      Maintain records and compile key HR statistics such as turnover, safety and compensation benchmarking.

5.      Manage hiring and on-boarding process.

6.      Manage benefits program.

7.      Plan and conduct employee orientation.

8.      Ensure record keeping and government compliance for worker’s compensation, health and medical insurance, and other state and federal regulations.

9.      Assist management in handling employee issues including terminations.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:

1.         BA/BS from accredited college or university.

2.         7 yr Experience in broad array of HR issues duties including recruiting and compliance.

3.         Performed at managerial level within an HR organization.

4.         Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment consisting of predominately hourly employees.

5.         Hands-on, dynamic, positive attitude.

6.         Able to perform duties in a hands-on fashion with little oversight.

7.         Strong understanding of current state and federal employment regulations.
