Deliverables: criteria/results by which success can be measured:

The BA candidate will provide business analysis and documentation regarding a project related to the online experience.  The Business Analyst will report to the   Project Manager for review of all Deliverables

Scope of Responsibilities

o             Support creation and updates of requirement documentation based on industry analysis and business line feedback

o             Create screen flows and mock-ups to illustrate customer experience with new implementation

o             Participate in requirement and design discussions to obtain feedback on requirements and customer experience. 

o             Support/provide updates to requirements, design documents, and mock-up documentation appropriately based on feedback.

o             Attend project meetings and represent the customer experience and business line to ensure requirements are adhered to.  Document any issues/risks related to business line decisions, review with management and communicate resolution back to project team.

o             Work with marketing and other call center project team members to ensure proper customer communication and staffing plans are created to minimize customer impact.

o             Provide weekly updates on communication, training and staffing plans to business line.

o             Provide input to related weekly status updates to the project manager on the progress of the requirements gathering, documentation, and any key decisions or outstanding items.

o             Follow up with stakeholders to gain all required approvals of requirements.

o             Interact with business line to gain a fundamental understanding of the solution and the positioning of the solution within organization

o             Perform baseline  configuration testing prior to OLB integration.
