Framingham-based Cambridge Endo Raises $3M:

Framingham, Mass. - Cambridge Endo, a Framingham-based developer of
medial devices, has raised $3 million in venture capital, according to a new
filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Founded in 2004,
Cambridge Endo is developing hand-held instruments for endoscopic and
laparoscopic surgery. The company's devices are designed for ergonomic,
single-handed control and comfort during surgical procedure.
