Job Seeker Warrior Tip of the Week: Break the Rules to Get Discovered on the Big Boards

On Monster, CareerBuilder, and HotJobs, you can only have one resume searchable at a given time for each account.  So if you could be considered for multiple roles (such as a project manager, program manager, developer, etc.) which do you pick?  Answer:  All of them. Create multiple accounts and have a searchable resume on each one oriented to the jobs you're meant for.  Then, forward those email addresses to one you've set up ONLY for job search.  That way you can see all the results in one place and not go insane!
