Responsibilities:


Management of various interactive lead generation campaigns including Display, SEM and Aggregators.  Ensures all internal/external resources are aligned to launch and execute campaigns effectively.  Partners with interactive agency responsible for media buying, campaign optimization and web analytics.  Responsible for defining weekly, monthly and quarterly reviews that focus on diverse aspects such as online and offline funnel metrics.


 


In addition, position responsible for evaluating, recommending and growing emerging marketing platforms that include affiliate, mobile and social media strategies.


1.         Manages the development, execution and optimization of interactive campaigns that drives qualified leads.


2.         Evaluates, recommends and grows emerging marketing platforms that include affiliate, mobile and social media strategies.


3.         Manages competitive research vendors to assist  in optimizing, expanding and diversifying online lead sources.


4.         Partners with internal groups to manage interactive programs designed to meet unique business goals while cost effectively contributing to overall goals of SBU (e.g., Partnership and Affinity marketing.)


5.         Works with Interactive Agency and external vendors to create and enhance infrastructure to support the execution and optimization of interactive marketing campaigns.


6.         Collaborates with internal stakeholders to integrate online marketing campaigns with SBU wide projects and marketing efforts.


7.         Contributes to the development of strategic and tactical plans for Interactive Marketing that will help drive annual traffic, quote, conversion and sales objectives.


8.         Works with web analysts responsible for supporting the internet and intranet content and other assigned areas.


9.         Using web analytic data, assesses and makes recommendations to enhance overall campaign effectiveness.


10.        Participates in the development and oversight of interactive marketing business plan and budget.


11.        Ensures that all interactive marketing programs are executed per legal and regulatory compliance (e.g. DOI, Customer data privacy, etc)


 


Qualifications:



  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing and/or Information Technology or equivalent experience required.

  • MBA or professional designation preferred.

  • A minimum of 5-7 years progressively greater experience in interactive marketing.

  • Knowledge of personal auto and homeowners insurance highly desirable.

  • Solid analytical, communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong background in project management, internet design and analysis preferred.

  • MBA of professional designation preferred.

  • Knowledge of personal auto and homeowners insurance a plus.
