The company specializes in offering customized slogans in a large variety of job categories and job functions. The website was developed to directly connect job seekers and entrepreneurs with prospective employers in their area through networking while they are out in public.

According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, 70% of all jobs are found through networking. “With our unemployment at historic levels, it is really important that job seekers have all available tools to effectively network for jobs or job leads that may be out there,” said Hire Me Tee, Inc. CEO Andrej Bula. “We have created HireMeTee.com to serve as a resource for job seekers, students, entrepreneurs, and small business owners to network in a friendly, fun, and non confrontational manner. It is important that job seekers are aware of ‘out of the box’ methods for finding employment.”

In February 2010 the unemployment rate remained at 10 percent. There are nearly 15.3 million unemployed people in the United States; adding in those who have been forced to work part time, or who want to work but are too discouraged to look, the unemployment rate stands at 17.3 percent. Because of the continued deteriorated economic climate, the initial concept of the Hire Me ™ product line was quickly expanded to include additional categories to cover a larger spectrum of the population seeking full or part-time employment.

The newly designed Web site features job seeking slogans across a variety of categories. The Job Functions category showcases full-time employment (… seeking job in sales, … seeking job in special education, … seeking job in engineering); the Small Business Owner category showcases professional services (… I’m an accountant, … I’m a real estate agent, … I’m an interior decorator); the Ethnicity category showcases ethnic origins (… I’m Irish, … I’m Chicano, … I’m Jewish); the Specialty / Fun category showcases non-traditional (… I’m bilingual, … I need the insurance, … I’m an Iraq veteran), and the Internships / MBA category showcases job internships (… seeking internship in journalism, …. seeking internship in law, … seeking internship in accounting).

A nationwide marketing campaign will take place starting in the spring and continue into the Holiday season. Marketing efforts will be spent advertisement in job placement websites, online university periodicals, and online social media marketing.

The company was founded by Andrej Bula, a human resources industry veteran. Mr. Bula has spent the last 15 years recruiting professional placements for Fortune 500 companies across all industries.
