Responsibilities:


• Work with America's Field Marketing team as the eMarketing consultant
to ensure the successful design of robust campaigns to key customers in
support of Field events


• Create processes and scripts to improve the speed and efficiency of
data extraction for direct marketing campaigns, resulting in the
Retention Marketing team's increased responsiveness to customer behavior
on the site.


• Assist in the design, development, and execution of periodic reporting
around customer behaviors and characteristics.


• Participate in post-campaign analysis and provide insight that results
in improved response rates and an incremental lift in spend.




Skills:


• In-depth knowledge of interactive emarketing response vehicles
including email, direct mail, online, social media and telemarketing


• HTML Required eMail creation, testing, and execution


• Ability to manage projects and deadlines


• Understanding of relational database design and implementation


• Knowledge of Email/Segmentation Data-mining
