Contract program manager: 6+months: Lowell, MA

From my Acton Networking Group friends,

I work out of a local contract staffing firm in Wilmington, MA. I have a
client in the Lowell area with a requirement for a contract Program
Manager. The contractor will work toward project deliverables by
negotiating for engineering resources, coordinate project schedules, and
come up with time/material budgets. Must have a very strong background
interfacing with external customers. This client develops custom
commerical software products. This is a 6+ month contract position with
an immediate interview and start.
